The Glee Project is not the name of an episode from Glee. Nor is it any project undertaken by the singers on the show. It’s your entry ticket into the dream world of Glee!

Wait no more, and think no more – before you think, blink and act; someone else would have belled the cat!

The Glee Project is a reality show that will see you through the at-present tightly-shut doors of Glee. The winner of the reality show would get a chance to bore the viewers of Glee by acting in seven episodes of the next season, that is, if the winner knows nothing about acting.

But that’s not your problem! The creators of Glee will teach you everything you need to know in order to play a cool Gleek on the show. You can then download the installments of Glee you’d have acted in, and garner praise at least from your family members, if not from critics and audiences!

This is a one of a kind reality show that will air from June 12, 2011. There will be twelve contestants who will participate in the show with the goal to land up a role in Glee. The finale of Glee season 2 is going to air soon, and is touted to be a tear-jerker.

Well, all that I know is that Ryan Murphy, the creator of Glee, knows very well how to capitalize on the popularity of a show; not that I am complaining any bit. I am just a little, just a wee bit, a little too over excitedly over the moon!
